Well, I have a number of articles to read for my Science Fiction class that are on "electronic reserve." Meaning, I can go to the University library's website, put in a code, and read them on my computer. That's fine, so long as my own personal Internet is working -- and when it isn't, I can be fairly certain my roomie is downloading enormous amounts of material.
